Refund policy
CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS POLICY
All garments must be approved by you before production. This is done at the end of the design stage. Approving the artwork ensures all parties agree to the artwork and garment being manufactured. Please refer to our Design Policy.
We rely on you to ensure names and numbers are spelt and allocated correctly on the garments.
Any errors in artwork, product type, spelling or quantity that have been approved and supplied by you will not be refunded. We are more than happy to discuss alternate resolutions with you.
If you receive a faulty product (manufacturing or fabric), or design that does not match the approved artwork, we will gladly replace the product for you. Please return the faulty product so that we can assess where the issue arose and hopefully prevent it from occurring again.
We will not refund any damaged items caused by incorrect use or activities unsuitable for the garment.
PRE-ORDER RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
What is a pre-order? A pre-order is where you place an order and must wait for the item/s to be manufactured before receiving your order.
We do not offer refunds on pre-order items, as these items are made to order and therefore cannot be resold once they are produced.
All pre-order sales are final. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases before placing an order. Please use our Size Guide.
In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect or damage to the item/s upon delivery, we will gladly work with the customer to find a satisfactory solution. All claims of damage or faulty items will need to be notified via info@teamelite.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
EXCHANGES may be possible. Please notify us via info@teamelite.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

IN-STOCK ONLINE ORDER RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
What is an in-stock online order? An in-stock online order is where the product/s are stored at Team Elite ready for purchasing and order fulfilment.
To be eligible for an exchange/refund:
- The garments must be a Team Elite branded item/s
- Must be returned within 14 days of receipt of order
- The garments must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition
Shipping costs will be an expense for the customer to pay (unless the garment is faulty). If returning for a refund this will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 days after we receive the returned item/s.

- Post back to: Team Elite UK - 40 Brook Street, Warwick Warwickshire, CV34 4BL, UK
- Include a note in the bag stating your Order number and the size you wish to exchange for, or if you require a refund.
- Once we receive items back, we will process the refund/send the new item.

CANCELLATIONS – If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that cancellations fees will apply if production of your order has commenced.
