Can I see products before ordering?
Let us know you would like to view samples first.
Visit our Eagle Farm Showroom or we can send stock samples to you. We can also supply customer order samples (fee & production time applies).
What is the process for logos & design?
Your sales rep will ask for these details early into your enquiry.
We will require your team/business logo. If you have design ideas, the more information we have for our design team the better.
Logo file type preferred: eps/ai
How long will my order take?
All custom orders have their own individual timeline. Generally this can be 1-6 weeks from order date, depending on your order. Our experienced sales reps will give you an estimate during the enquiry stage.
