• How long do orders take?

-We aim to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Waiting for names from schools and competitors is the usual delay but printing and sending is done as soon as possible. During the process we update you and ensure communication stays open.

• Do you offer Leavers Hoodies?

- Yes we specialise in Year 6 and Year 11 as well as University merchandise for specific leavers

-This depends on order quantities and what the product is. Generally we can supply bespoke products, as per your design ideas or tailor a product to your requirements

• Would you supply blank products to my business?

-Yes it's probably best to call me to discuss what you are after

• Can you supply hundreds of a product?

-yes - this is our speciality!

• Do you provide event merchandise for competitions?

- yes we supply and/or attend events with our pop up merchandise store

• Can I have a say in what merchandise is available?

-Yes or you can leave it to us. We have years of experience in this field supplying national, international, schools, teams and sporting events.

• Can the event merchandise be ordered online?

Yes, we add an online event shop for customers and competitors to pre order and purchase merchandise, where it's then collected at our pop up shop at the event

• Will I need to queue to collect my pre order?

Come straight to the pick up site,do not queue at the shop area. your order will be ready to collect

• What if my pre- order is the wrong size or colour?

- Please use our size guides carefully or give us a call. It can be tricky to swap orders especially if it's a names order. we bring limited sizes and colours of printed merchandise to the events.
